I fell in love with the art of training over 10 years ago, as I was always “hard gainer” I struggled a lot with putting muscle mass on so I had to do endless amounts of research just to learn about nutrition, macros and workout plans.
My love for bodybuilding and body transformations only grew and grew the more learned, I then started to train friends and family who started to see great results, I then decided to make my hobby my career and I’ve never looked back!
I specialise in resistance training in order to gain muscle and stimulate muscle hypertrophy and also fat loss whether it’s to drop a dress size or reveal those 6 pack abs I’m here to guide and motivate you every step of the way!
